The 28th International Rice Research Conference (IRRC28) and the International Rice Policy and Investment Conference (IRPIC) are the two distinguished conferences within IRC2010.  Below are the matrices showing the fees of the two conferences.

Kindly fax a copy of the telegraphic transfer confirmation form once payment has been made to +66 (2) 748 7880 and indicate “IRC2010”. If payment is made for more than one person or by a company, please make sure all names are indicated and send fully completed Registration Form together with a copy of the bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fee.

Terms and Conditions

Registration
a. All registration forms with payment details must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (one form per participant).  A confirmation letter will be forwarded to all registered delegates via email or fax. Please bring along this confirmation letter during registration at the conference.
b. An official receipt will be sent to all registered delegates upon receipt of the full payment.

Cancellation and Refunds
a. Any cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat Replacement of delegates will be accepted at no extra charge provided a written request is submitted to the Conference Secretariat by 15 October 2010.
b. Schedule of refunds:  

 Before 1 July 2010

 Refund with 30% deduction for administrative fees

 After    30 August 2010 

Refund with 50% deduction for administrative fees

No requests for refund will be accepted after 15 October 2010. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
